Hello all!
I will start this off by saying she's been woman owned for 5 years now. She's been a garage queen, adult owned, never abused or smoked in and very much loved as well as maintained like she's been a daily driver. I'm very finicky about my cars & take better care of them than I do myself. Even pre-pandemic I've worked from home so she's always been a "weekend driver" so to speak. My husband & I have made sure to change the oil every year to keep her in the best shape possible & up until recent months I have made sure to at least start & run her if I haven't driven her much recently. After our recent move in the fall, I've also had a lot changes with my job. Unfortunately both events ate up a lot of my extra time recently. There were still things I had planned on changing/upgrading on her over the years but just have not done those things yet.

There have been several things I've done to this car since purchasing it which I will list below.
- Removed the plasti-dip from outside areas of the car which was the hood scoop, handles, gas door cover & beltline
- I installed matte black handle door covers
- Re-plasti-dipped the gas door cover
- Blacked out the beltline with the tape Outmotoring sells
- CoverKing front & rear seat covers right after purchase were installed
- Replaced stock suspension with KW Variant 2 suspension - rides amazingly - ample adjustability - currently have it on a more stiff dampening setting right now & it is lowered as well but not too low you need to worry about breaking anything or scraping (unless it's a speedbump)
- Fifteen52 Turbomac Wheels wrapped in Toyo tires that have been amazing in dry, damp & wet conditions - unfortunately the Toyo tires are no longer available in this size
- Tires were installed onto the wheels & balanced at VW of St. Augustine (husband works there)
- JCW wheels pictured in the PO sale link will be included with the car (those need new tires)
- Replaced & upgraded the clutch with a Valeo single mass flywheel kit
- DDMWorks Silicone Intake Tube
- Way Motor Works strut tower brace
- Fiberglass radiator air diverter - this is supposed to allow the airflow to your car to be better diverted through allow it to run better
- Canton racing coolant expansion tank upgrade with Stant Lev-R-Vent cap
- Cabin filter replaced
- Lower rear trans motor mount - OEM
- Vibra Technics upper engine motor mount
- Passenger side front axle
- Cravenspeed dipstick
- Altered JAC side scuttles that I mounted a 'Supercharged' emblem w/in the opening
- Factory 'S' scuttles will be included with car
- Carbon fiber stubby antenna (works great for picking up radio)
- Smoked front & rear bumper markers
- Smoked LED turn signals
- Headliner was rewrapped with black fabric, professionally done (it's an easy DIY but I just wanted it done professionally TBH)
- Replaced the sun visors, upper handles, trim pieces, etc with the anthracite pieces - factory was the tan headliner, etc
- Plasti-dipped the dash piece above the glovebox which I had covered in stickers as to not harm the actual dash material so it is easily removed
- Purchased rear rubber floor mats
- Upgraded any lighting the PO didn't already upgrade with LED lights
- Upgraded 3rd brake light to LED
- Windshield was replaced when first purchased as the window seal needed to be replaced as well
- Car had a recall issued before purchasing so that was taken care of when the windshield & windshield seal was done
- Oil just changed
- Passenger side window regulator replaced
- As listed above, center piece w/o arm rest & JCW wheels (unmounted)
- All extra parts & accessories for the MINI
- Monroney stickers
- Receipts & any necessary paperwork for the car
- Also have the Carfax report available for serious buyers
- Custom wooden shift **** - factory shift **** will be replaced before the car is looked at
I want my 'girl' to go to another enthusiast as she deserves a lot more love & absolutely has a lot of life left in her too. If you are seriously interested in my MINI please let me know by replying to the thread &/or sending me a PM with any questions. I want to state that this is a private sale & cash will only be accepted. I'm located in St. Augustine 32086 which is Northeast Florida & will be more than willing to meet at the local police station for you to see the car, test drive & purchase it if you're more comfortable with that. Of course we are practicing Covid protocols (face masks & distancing) & will be taking necessary precautions during a showing so I also request that you would do the same for us (my husband & myself).
Thank you all for taking a look & having interest in my precious MINI & hope to be chatting with you soon about her.
-Sebrina-
Not too far from you either.
Thanks,
Drew

If anyone is trying to reach me on here & is having issues doing so you can DM me/connect w/me on Instagram - SebzMonster is my username
[a side note to the sale: the previous owner & I would be extremely happy if the next owner would keep in touch with us too about the car - we both love it dearly & it means a lot to both of us!]
These are the extra parts that I have that will come with it. Some OEM parts, white mirror caps my husband had on his mini (1 or so clips are broken on each of them but he never had issues with them staying on his mini) I had thought about changing them out for the color matched ones but was sitting on the idea first, fender liner clips (I had purchased extras in case my mini or my husbands mini would need them at any point), S side scuttles with extra LED turn signals the PO had on it, center console w/o the arm rest (I had planned on putting this in & relocating the wiring for the ipod cable to the glovebox or the area below the radio/air control, extra lugs b/c I had thought of putting small spacers on the rears but never ended up doing that. I believe we have a filter & drain plugs for it as well which I will double check on how many we have etc, but that will be included as well.
I will get more detailed pictures of the JCW wheels & the tires currently on them as well when I get a chance to. We are going to get undercarriage shots of the car as well, last year when we were under it everything looked great but I know this is important to see for people interested. I will try to get these pictures taken & up hopefully this week.
Again, thanks for checking 'her' out!

Finally took some undercarriage pictures yesterday along with pictures of the JCW wheels included with my girl. The tires need to be replaced on the JCW wheels so my husband will be taking them into the dealership he works at for them to remove the tires so they're lighter & easier to transport. I uploaded the images to the google album I created for my MINI.

A few other things to note that I forgot to previously mention are: the AC works incredibly in this car, so much so that I get pretty cold after driving for a little bit when I have it on. When it's sitting in the sun for a while it does take a little longer to get that cold (I always use a sun shade anyway if she is in the car for a bit), but it will get cold though. I have had zero issues with leaks from the sunroof or the 3rd brake light, even with typical FL afternoon thunderstorms in the summer where she's been sitting in or I get caught driving in, never had an issue with water anywhere. Passenger side window regulator will probably need to be replaced in due time, it's recently started making some noise when operating but still works fine. Hood & boot struts will need to be done at some point too, they still work fine, just starting to slow down but the 4 struts can be replaced for under $100 & are not needed immediately. Car is 'due' for an oil change, but only because we change it yearly around this time. Even though the car is not daily driven & I've put on not even 4k miles in the last 5 years of owning her, we still treat it like it's daily driven & change the oil yearly as well as anything else it may need.
Wheels & Suspension were done at 85,112 miles
DDMWorks intake tube, passenger axle, passenger & rear motor mount, coolant expansion tank, strut tower brace & WMW air diverter were all done at 85.984
Need to ask the husband about the mileage when the clutch was replaced as this was an anniversary gift from him & part of that gift was him installing it as well
My husband & I had prepped the car this weekend for the road trip to her new home this week, so we went over the car again topping off fluids & double checking everything else you should before a road trip. We changed the oil in it as well, so absolutely nothing is needed to be done to the car immediately. We have also raised the ride height in anticipation of the road trip it was going to go on w/the extra set of JCW & parts. Before raising it we marked the spot with tape that will not leave any residue at all where it was sitting before when I had taken pictures of it, easily lowered back down to that height though. Also the tires & wheel weights have been removed from the JCW wheels for ease of transporting - they fit perfectly in the backseat with protection between the wheels too.
Also there are 2 fully functional keys for the car, in the one the battery needs to be replaced as it no longer charges & comes with a valet key as well.
