225/40/18 vs 215/40/18 on 8" wide rims

Hi guys!

So I need help here. I lowered my car now with bilstein B14 coilovers. It looks great and it does not rub at all...Probably I'll add a picture later. I am using XXR 527 wheels, 8" wide with a 42 et, and running 215/40/18 A/S general tires. The problem is that now I own a daily car, so I want to get UHP summer tires. I have seen that most of the main "first" brands don't manufacture 215/40/18, and i would need to go for 225/40/18. Could you post some pictures of your cars so I can get any ideas/ advice of how it would look? Also opinions on tires would be really appreciated.

If I would go with 215/40/18, I was going to get federal 595 rs-rr, but I am not really sure about getting semi-slicks (I am planning on autocrossing my car, but also I would like to be able to go out for a long drive and not have to worry about the rain).

For 225/40/18, i was thinking abut michelins PS4 4S, since I am pretty sure you can't go wrong with Michelin.

Thank you!

Thank you!
I would go to TireRack.com and plug in "Tire Size"...take a look at 225/34/18's and some other sizes and then decide
