This is when I first got the vehicle it was none operational. The car would not start at all with the keys the hood couldn't open
The club door on the passenger side wouldn't open either.

Chasing a few issues with this car. The shift lock lever by the shifter console was broken this is used in a emergency
situation when your car battery has died and you need to put the vehicle in neutral. You pull up on the yellow piece
very gentle as not to snap it and this will enable you to do so.

PCV tubing is garbage so brittle and hard cracking into pieces

Did you find a broken or bent valve on #3 cylinder? If not, I'd be worried about piston #3. All that muck is also concerning. Did you do a leakdown test before yanking the head?
