Another Set of Center Storage "Oddments" Trays
$100 plus shipping
Fits all Minis from 2002-2006, and convertibles from 2006-2008
I snagged these storage trays from a car being parted out locally. I already have a set, or I would keep this set - as these trays are perhaps the best addition I've made to my Mini.
These OEM Mini rubber trays create much needed storage space. One tray goes under the center console (radio and air condition control stack), and the other one goes under the e-brake.
Before I got these trays, I was always at a loss for where to put things (and disappointed at having to jam everything into the door map compartment and then try to fish it all out later). Now I use the trays to hold my cell phone, wallet, ipod, pens, coins, and ephemera (the rubber nubs keep everything in place).
These storage trays are no longer available from Mini or aftermarket vendors. They pop up for sale here on NAM now and again, but not often.
This set is in good condition, with no tears or other damage.
A number of people have asked after these trays, but no one has purchased them yet. Anyone looking for a set of these storage-improving oddments trays?
Thanks for the note, MINIAC. It's true that facelift cars have the little shelf/tray mounted in the center console below the radio and air conditioning controls, which does interfere with the front tray from this set. However, the tray that goes under the e-brake will fit facelift cars - and you can retrofit facelift cars with the small pre-facelift plastic center console panel to allow use of the front tray of this set (something I've done and prefer).
This is a cool, neat tray, but is this the price they're going for? I've seen them in a car or two at the Pick-N-Pull and didn't realize they worth that.
MINIAC, oh, you're right! I forgot that you'd also have to change the e-brake plastic console to the earlier version to make these trays fit a facelift car.
analyte, yeah, these trays do cost a pretty penny, but they're well worth it because they add valuable and convenient storage space and they're pretty hard to find. Next time you see a set at the junk yard, snag 'em and post them on NAM. I'm sure some other enthusiasts would love to have them.

NLA parts go for whatever people are willing to pay for them.
When I bought these (pn 51160305535) for my 2002 MCS in December 2004 the list price was $18.70. I'm not using the front tray (Scanguage mounted there instead) but rear tray is great to have.
