R55 What am I missing on rear power outlet

What am I missing on rear power outlet
Mine is just hanging there. The hole in the trim piece is much bigger than the outside of the orange plastic thing that holds the power outlet. Since I bought the car used I don't know what goes there but I'm obviously missing something

Anyone have a photo or a part number so I know what I'm missing? Anyone have one?
