F55/F56 Coilovers
ST are made by KW, in the same factory in Germany. Rates and everything are the same. Color is different, and the body is galvanized rather than stainless. So basically- you get German KW quality for a lot less money. The XTA shold be the same as KW V2, except that they come with camber plates, a total bonus.
I had ST X in the past, but wanted adjustability. So went for KW Street Comfort. They are great, and ride smoother than the rest of the lineup, but also have more body roll. It's a trade off. I'm happier when on rough roads, but wish the car was a little flatter around corners. A compromise as with everything.
If I was buying a new kit right now, yeah I well might do the ST XTA. My only question would be if I can deal with the ride of the camber plates. Guess I'd have to live with them for a while to know!

+1 I dont think you can go wrong with ST or KW. KW are a little better on the finish and construction. Colors looks cool if you like that. When you get fixed dampening its going to ride a bit tight, if you get adjustable dampening ( for a MINI) its a big deal as you can set the rear softer and the front a hair softer and its great for a daily then, that's what i do with my OHLINS.

Hey for about the same price check out Ceika coilovers (little over $1000 and free shipping for F56). Made in Taiwan like BC coilovers, but they will custom build them the way you want. Mono tube shocks and for their sport low option can go as low as 3" below OEM height and set them within 5mm of OEM height or order them with . Seems they make a lot of coilovers for mercedes, BMW, and a lot of the Japanese marques. Quality is very high, check out their website Ceika-store.com.
