Fitment question for 245/40R19 with Eibach Springs

Hello Everyone,

Looking at installing for following:

245/40R19 Conti DWS06 tires (26.7" diameter vs 26" stock)
Stance SF03 19x8.5 wheels with 40 et
Eibach Springs 1.2 front / .8 rear

Should all this fit with no real issues? The drop is very mild but the tires are .7" taller than stock. So just under 3/8" to help with the fender gap. I can order the wheels with whatever offset I need. So the 40 et is a best guess starting point since the Neuspeed 19x8 wheels for R60's have a 45 et.

Right now the wheel gap is about 2.75" front and 2.5" rear. So theoretically the final wheel gaps should be 1.2" front and 1.35" rear.

Hi,
Not sure if this will help but here is what I have done to my 2013 R60 All4 S:

H&R lowering springs - 1.4" front, 1.4" Rear
Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 235/45R18
EURO DESIGN Wheels Legend Matte Gunmetal (18"x8", 35 Offset, 5x120 Bolt Pattern, 72.6mm Center Bore)

Seems to be just right - with no rubbing, BUT it is very close.
Tires are 12mm larger diameter than stock and offset is 15mm further out towards the fender.

Before and after photos to show the drop.
