R50/53 Disappearing Intercooler Bolts

Disappearing Intercooler Bolts
Anyone else have a problem with disappearing intercooler bolts? I'm talking about the 4 mounting bolts that hold it onto the engine.
I've owned my '03 MCS since new and I've replaced at least two bolts over the years once I noticed they were gone.
This week I noticed another gone, yet again. Granted, they're not torqued very tight so the plastic cover doesn't get damaged, but I can't imagine them backing out completely like this.

I believe they need to be torqued to 3.4Nm, which isnt a lot indeed
