Seeking guidance of front of engine (pulleys) work

I have to do some work on the front end of my engine, primarily due to a failing serpentine belt tensioner/idler and a bad engine mount. I loathe doing work in the same place twice. Therefore, I want to take advantage of the exposed area to replace other items while I am in there. Please chime in on anything I have overlooked and/or feedback on products for anything I plan to do:

1. Replace idler pulley with bad bearing with an LKQ part (unless there is something better out there?)

2. Replace belt tensioner with a rigid (Heim joint) device.

3. Replace crank pulley with lightened, 2% oversized item.

4. Replace harmonic dampener with an improved product (strongly considering ATI's product).

5. Replace front crank seal.

6. Replace supercharger pulley with 17% pulley.

I figure doing all the pulley stuff at once will make it easier to identify the belt I will need and keep in stock. I also have limited opportunities to work on my car at the hangar where I work, so I want to get all parts lined up and ready to go for a quick turnaround. Please advise if any of these mods (or any combination) will require flashing any modules. I have a boycott on my nearby MINI dealership and refuse to throw them $.01 under any circumstances.

Thanks in advance.

Item numbers 3 and 4 pretty much go together.

Replacing the damper (not dampener) with an ATI is a great idea. But...it's not light. That's part of the point, the weight and the way the ATI works is what does the dampening work.

The "light" part of your comment doesn't work here. If you want to use one of the "light" dampers, the light ones and not...dampers at all, they are just pulleys, with no dampening effect at all. And if you value the crankshaft at all, you'll buy an actual damper, extra weight and all.

I've got an ATI for mine.
Have fun with your work.

Mike
