Is your pulley completely seated and in line with the other pulleys? If it is out just a fraction, it will chew up a belt. It may also be too tight. Did you replace or move any other accessory components?

I just replaced the idler pulley belt tensioner and the crank pulley. As soon as I started the car, I heard a noise and it was the belt shredding on the inside edge

this was happening to me a few years back. turned out to be my supercharger pulley which was out of line. I would advise you check it if you have an aftermarket pulley installed.

This.

I have the WMW pulley that backed out a few cm and it shredded a belt. Then it kept kicking belts off.

Also, put a wrench on all of the pulleys to make sure they are tightened
