I have a 2017 F54 ALL4S , looked around for a year.... As far as options for the ALL4S, OEM JCW tuning kit is one of the option, I think it will be $2K+ after installation. You will get a valved exhaust and a tune for +15HP. NM Engineering have a full cat back, which I currently have. Swapped out with a member here on his 20 F60 ALL4S, bolt right on from downpipe. Nothing fancy, no valve, just much deeper exhaust note and non-stop popping in sport mode. I also knows Dinan is making one for ALL4, they said hoping to release late fall.
There are more options for FWD, Remus, Supersprit, Dinan, JCW Tuning Kit, NM Engineering.
I went we NM Engineering is because: cost (I swapped my stock exhaust with the member here), its a full exhaust, and my wife told me i will always open the valve for the valved option. I was going for sound and sure I love the NM exhaust that I have.
I'm in the same boat as the OP. I want to replace my exhaust as well but its my daily and Im a Realtor so I can't be pulling up to a house sounding all loud and boy racer. I also dont want any drone. Im debating on Dinan because of the valve but then I dont want just one side open most of the time. Id really like the JCW prokit exhaust but it can't be bought without the tune and all in with install my dealer wants over $3k.
Is the NM exhaust dramatically louder or just deeper?

I cant speak for the other exhaust, I can say that the NM is in the same valley as Remus, Supersprit or JCW.
I usually keep it in Mid mode, Sport mode just kept on pooping (for 2017, the pop on 2020 is tuned out), but the pop is almost the same (well, that how I drives normally, not revving over 3K). My wife and daughter said its like someone knocking on the door every time I let go the gas. Varying rpm would help in Sport mode to mix the pops around.
I do not think it would annoy the neighbor, and certainly not race boy like sound.
Everyone knows I love my daughters Dinan exhaust.
With the valve closed it is mellow. Valve open you can hear it, very smooth, no drone. Valve open, sport mode, over run at 4k is an absolute riot! Grins for days. Had NM exhaust on my R56S, liked it, but the valve is worth the cost if you have to be an "adult."

I went ahead and purchased the NM exhaust for my wife's 2020 Clubman 4s. It was a Christmas gift for her. It was a direct bolt on installation and sounds great! She loves the pop sound when the car is in sport mode.
The stock exhaust on my 2020 JCW Clubman All4 is great. In the Sport mode the left pipe opens and it's louder but not stupid. And it burps when it upshifts going fast. But in the other 2 modes it's pretty quiet.
I was comparing prices all over the place for the JCW tuning kit. Wife surprised me on Xmas morning saying that we would order it for our clubby. The next day we got an unexpected bill so I decided it best that put it on hold. Went back to check prices and they all jumped back up to around 2K. So gutted. Probably going to wait until I sell my ZHP in the spring. depending on how well it does will determine if i go Dinan or JCW.
I think this is great thread, but it would be awesome if anyone can share some sound clips!
Does Dinan not have an exhaust for a '19 Clubman s All4? I could not find it on their site.
I was under the impression from the Dinan posts on this site that they don't have an official All4 exhaust option for the F56 and that they need a test mule or two to get the measurements exactly right.
