Hello. My 08 R52 JCW was missing its rear JCW badge so if anyone has one or knows where I can get one without spending 150 bucks it would be greatly appreciated.

 

Many of these on Evilbay, factory new, used, and overseas ('over-C*ese') re-pops. You can also comb the junk yards.

Agreed $150 is nuts - absolute mania you might say.

That one is just an oval.

 

The pic above is the original JCW logo used for all 1st gen MINI’s. The one below is the new logo after MINI bought the name in 2007 and was used on the 2nd to current cars. The factory JCW R52’s still used the original logo even after the logo change.

 

If its of any use there's a front one local by me with paper work and all but dudes asking 120$ brand new.

 

one can get new ones from dealer with a usual 20% discount at these prices....

This guys trying...anything is worth trying. But for all I know it could be hard to obtain piece...i just would never pay that when you can buy a repop for 20$. But there's some that can afford it and sometimes if you want it , you might have to pay for it.

If the repop was the same badge I wouldn't mind but there is none that match the oem first gen badges.

 

Have yet to see a reproduction of the 1st Gen JCW badges....only seen 2nd gen and up. And I've seen a repro version on an R53...looks like sheite !
