Torque spec for chassis bones and lower engine mount bushing?

Anyone happen to have (or know where I can find) the torque spec for the chassis bones and lower engine mount bushing bolts on an F55 MCS?

Thanks

No problem installed mine yesterday - Powerflex yellow with black inserts left out, 1st drive will be tommorow to see how it feels compared to stock, which have you fitted?

I have the powerflex race bushing arriving tomorrow. My mini is a daily driver, but I like things on the harsher side, so we'll see how it goes.

So you've gone for black?
A few members on the F56 owners club on FB have fitted black, they say it's harsh and gives a lot of vibrations when fitted but does settle down after a while.
I like a comfy ride and hate vibrations which is why i left the black inserts out of my yellow ones - if there's no difference in gear change, etc i'll fit them in to try

Yeah, I've heard the black ones are pretty harsh, but since it's such an inexpensive part and and quick (hopefully) install, I figure, why bother being cautious haha.

I put the black bushing in with the inserts. Confirming it's pretty harsh lol. At about 1000 RPM and below the car really vibrates, but about 1200 RPM or so, it's barely noticeable. If I can find a way to just raise the idle by a couple RPMs then I may keep it. It's not so harsh that I feel the need to change it out right away, but I probably will change it out for yellow bushing the next time I'm underneath for something. For reference I'm in an F55 MCS Automatic.

I've been driving mine for a week since fitting the yellow without inserts - the gearchange is more positive but there's still a little jerkiness. I might try the inserts but don't want any extra vibrations
