Fog Light Removal

Can anyone tell me the best way to go about removing these lights and electrical wires?

Looks like the factory kit.

MiniMania has been kind enough to provide a pdf of the installation process --- removal would be in reverse!

Just so you know, they only work when you have hi-beams on.
