Title pretty much says it all..

 

What is it about them that you want to know?

The upper third is your running light (on when stalk is in first position), and the bottom 2 thirds is your fog light (on with fog light toggle)

 

That's what I wanted to know, thanks. I'd never seen a "dual function" fog light before.

 

Well actually It's not a dual function fog light. The housing just has the city/running light together with the fog light. If you can find a justa cooper without fog lights and only running lights you will know what I mean.
