Can Anyone Tell Me What Exhaust This Is? (came on my new R53)

This exhaust was put on my new R53 by the previous owner and I would like to know which one it is. I'll include a picture and I can provide more if needed.

More will be needed to try and figure out what it is. It may be a custom job from a local shop.
