I got one of these tools to help me diagnose problems on the R 53 Cooper that I’m working on. I have a couple questions though,
1) I get a communication error when selecting the steering angle sensor. Is this right or should it respond with something other than an error?
2) does this device allow me to see power steering pump values in real time?

 

Not sure o either of those items, but I have one and can run a test for you. I can post up after work tonight.
