Hi all! I have a few questions for anyone with experience with this scan tool. I have an 05 R50 Mini Cooper with CVT. I have a Creator C310+ scan tool that doesn't seem to want to connect to the transmission control (EGS on the menu), but I can connect to the digital motor electronics (DME on the menu). I've followed the instructions, and can't figure out why I get an error. I've had this for a while, and I can't remember whether I've successfully connected to this before or not. I'm starting to wonder if it even should on my car, or what I might check that might be preventing communication. Any help is appreciated.
