Aero Side Skirt fasteners?

I recently picked up a set of used aero side skirts and the mounting panels but no fasteners. I couldn't find these on RealOEM to find the fasteners needed to install. If you know where to find on Real OEM let me know. If you have a list of the fasteners needed let me know also.

I assume I can use the fasteners that hold the bottom of the standard skirts to fasten the mounting panels? Perhaps the other fasteners that hold the standard skirts on also? Assuming none of them break. I'd just need the fasteners that hold the aero skirt to the mounting panels. Would these be more of number 4?

TIA

Also, I have an R52 (convertible) with the braces underneath. Will I need to carve away some of the aero skirt or the mounting panels to get around these?

I had to find these too and ended up buying a kit on Amazon that worked.

Take a look at this page and see if you can find one that looks like it.

Digging this up again...

Anyone have a good list of the fasteners (Push pins, rivets, nuts, clips etc) that are needed to mount the Aero skirts, and skirt adapters to the car when changing out from standard to aero skirts... without re-using any old fasteners??

I've looked on Real OEM... and cant find a thing on this.

Any help is much appreciated...

It's there on REALOEM,
but it's a mess.

Don't know why they have to make it so damn difficult to find all the little trimmy bits and such stuff.

That said,
here's the aerokit install pdf:

https://www.motoringfile.com/howto/A...%20Bodykit.PDF

I cannot find a newer version, that one is from late 2001,
according to it, all you need are these:

But of course they do not give the part numbers because let's make everything as muddy as possible.

These are them tho:

#17 - 51118174185
#18 - 07131480419
#19 - 07137073915

Those type of fasteners are cheaply available by the big bag from Chinatown of course, easy to find, and the OE parts are likely sourced from there too I'd wildly guess altho the quality control may be upped a notch, but I don't really know.

Wish that the R50/R52/R53 instructions were laid out more like this one for R57:

Yep, just pop the oem part number into our site, sometimes dependent on the fastener we have aftermarket solutions that can save $$$, ours are cross ref off the OEM part design and number.

Looks like I'll need to also purchase some VHB double sided mounting tape for the attachment of the top surface to the body per the instructions you linked

Yep,
I would have been totally caught unawares if I hadn't read that because I had no idea that they used VHB tape for the sill top.

I haven't installed mine yet, but always try to get all my ducks in a row beforehand.
