Hi guys, i think i need to replace my valve seals. I have a 2011 r56 6 speed, 113K miles. Every time my car idles....like in a drive through line waiting....when I take off again, i get a huge cloud of whitish smoke. the longer the car sits idling, the bigger the cloud is. Once it blows out it is clear for a while, then comes back when I idle. From my research, it seems to be valve seals. My car is eating oil...about a quart every 500 miles. The car is not leaking oil.

Also I had a leak down test done the other day. The mechanic said my engine is surprisingly healthy. Other work I have done is new water pump, new thermostat housing, new water pipe, new oil cooler seal, new vacuum pump seal.

I want to replace the valve seals with "better" than stock ones if possible. Do you have any recommendations? I only found one option that seems to be an upgrade....these:

Those look like the ones I just put in my '07 at 123k miles although I got them from another supplier. Kind of a pain to do but definitely stopped the smoke.
