Clutch Issues

Ok guys I need some help I have exhausted my limited knowledge on my car. car wouldnt go into gear with clutch depressed while car is on but it would with car off, changed the transmission fluid it was dark no metal shards that didnt do the trick , changed the slave cylinder today tried to bleed it after quite a few attempts there was still air in the system removed it from the car to compress it and saw the shaft was bent, any ideas on what could be wrong? 6 speed manual

I am baffled 100%

Most likely a failed throw out bearing or pressure plate.

From: In the here and now, for now.
These may be of help to you to at least get to the clutch/TO bearing assembly. The 1st link is part 1 of 2 for a justa, the second is part 2 of 2 for the S, the 3rd is a time lapse video of gear box replacement and the 4th is a written step by step. That should be enough for you to get in to the box and do what needs done. Good luck and be sure to let us know how it went.
And always remember: Topless motoring IS motoring at its best.

He also did a quick video comparing the OEM dual mass to the Valeo single mass clutch kit, and why he favored the latter over the former:
