11k for min 2008 JCW convertible - is it worth it?
2008 JCW R52 in mint condition for $11k ... is it worth it.. seems really really high to me.. like 5k too much.. wife really likes it though, fully loaded convertible in Astro Black and manual... Because owning a 17 Clubman S all4 and 18 Countryman S all4 was not enough.....
I know the exact car you are referring to. That car had a $37k sticker when new, and is pretty rare. Anyone looking for an R52, you really can’t to any better that this one.
I’d jump on it personally, but I’m know to make questionable financial decisions.
I also found 2008 r52 convertible JCW with 88,000 miles. The body and interior are in very good shape. It needed new tires' brakes all around, new battery and alternator and a few minor things. I bought it for $9600 and have no regrets. A joy to drive and a head turner. If the R52 is in good shape with low miles buy it before its gone.
06 rR52 jcw from factory I bought and redid entire car. It was a 37k window sticker without the side skirts and R90 wheels. I replaced the eel heels for the R112. Custom floor mats I had made Custom dash is painted and cleared Door panel arm rest wrapped with Alcántara and red stitching Custom dash and center pillars also painted matte black. Custom steering wheel. Removed airbag, changed the color of center, removed leather from wheel, filled the groove from factory, wrapped it with Alcántara and leather with red stiching. Took apart multifunction controls and painted them Matte black to match and covers painted to match dash. Driver door arm rest speakers trim and door handle painted black My baby Hood scoop painted black rally light two toned.
“Last of the Supercharged” edition. It was a MINI USA special edition in the US market. 100 total (1 for each dealership at the time) to commemorate the end of the W11 Tritec supercharged production motors in 2008.
My R52 JCW. Just hit 90k. With the current stay at home policy my last stop at a gas station was a few weeks ago. I found this car listed on Craigslist. My wife and I are very happy with it. The stay at home policy has interfered with driving. But we need to help flatten the curve. Be calm and stsy on the farm.
