I am listing my super clean 06 R53 for sale. I will probably regret this later, but if I can find a new owner who will take good care of her I will let her go. This is one of the nicest R53s I have seen both cosmetically and mechanically which is why I had to buy it once I saw it. No lights on the dash and doesn't leak a drop of anything. I have been daily driving it without a single hiccup in my ownership. It is a late production R53, September of 06 so it is as reliable as they come and also has the desirable LSD. It also has a clean carfax, no accidents. It has some desirable modifications as well I will list below.

This car was always taken care of and maintained. Much of the cooling system was replaced before I purchased the car, and I replaced the expansion tank again preventatively so I wouldn't have any issues daily driving it because they are a common failure point. The tires are 2 months old and I also have a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports with maybe 5k miles that I removed for the winter. Great looking car. Not in the market but I do have a question. Did you find the Helix Short Shifter advantageous? How did you like it?

 

Short shifter was already installed when I bought it but I have driven a friends stock R53 and the difference is noticeable. I have no complaints whatsoever.

 

So did the car get reunited with its previous owner?
