Don't have them but they look great! Seriously, you don't need adjustable control arms unless you're going to change the camber on the rear. Is that your intent?

I already have a complete set of H sports. Although the shop agrees the H sports are quality, he explained they need constant checking as they will loosen up. I’m planing on getting to a point I can track it. I’m really interested in the sport, and I love my r53. It’s a great platform to have some fun with.

 

Aligna Ball ends are a hassle on the street. As noted, they need constant checking.
They are race car parts.
If you drive a "race car" use them'
If you drive a street car, use street car components.

Don't know why your mechanic would say they would loosen up or need constant checking as that is totally opposite why we use them. We've been using the Hsports for over 15yrs and don't have problems with them loosening up or anything. That is why we recommend them over any other control arm. I even run them on my race car as I ran som heim joint ones that didn't last 2 events before the heims were loose. So I wouldn't put any concern into them wearing out or failing. Save your money and stick with the Hsports.
