JCW carbon fiber dash cracked on my R53

The JCW dash on my R53 2004 Mini cracked over the passenger side airbag. Does anybody know if there is one for sale somewhere? I would by the entire dash or just the pieces.

As an update i have found a place that will make aftermarket ones with the JCW sticker on it. It is around $550 with shipping, has anybody heard of them or used this company?

I’m debating on getting some carbon fiber wrap and wrapping my R53 non-JCW dash.

Do all those plastic inserts on the dash and door pop off or are they screwed or glued ?

Look around for companies like this one ..

https://www.exoticcargear.com/vehicl...product-page=4

They can cover standard parts with a CF laminate

Best of luck

Motor On!

Yep i have seen those older CF dashes finally crack. I have seen some people do this:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...bon-fiber.html

3m wrap, i know its not gloss CF or real CF, but that anther DIY option: https://www.ecstuning.com/News/3M_10...ior_Trim_7643/

Only one piece left on the -7/2004 CF dash, all the rest is nla.

I hydro dipped some parts on the Chili red R53 I had. If you look at my pass threads, you can see how it turned out. I would have liked a tighter weave and will try a different method next time. I might do the dash on the current R53.

Occasionally you will see them pop up on the second hand market. Keep an eye out and checkbook ready.
