Rear Sway Bar Opinions (2013 JCW)

Hey all, Looking to upgrade the rear sway bar on my 2013 R56 JCW.

It looks like the JCW has a 18.5mm bar already, so I figured I'd jump to a 22mm instead of a 19mm, so I was wondering if anyone had opinions on...

NM Adjustable 22mm Rear Sway Bar
H&R Adjustable 22mm Rear Sway Bar
H-Sport Competition 25.5mm Rear Sway Bar

I daily drive and autox 50/50 the mini and my 2015 BMW M4, so it does need to be somewhat practical for the road. Currently I'm leaning towards the NM as it looks like a more premium product and has 3 levels of adjustability over the H&R's 2 levels.
On the flip side, I like that the H&R doesn't need lubrication. I don't have much to say about the H-Sport as I'm not sure what additional pros/cons it's bringing to the table.

Should I still be considering the 19mm or will is see little to no benefit from the .5mm upgrade?

Thanks!

The 3 level 22 MM adjustable by all means and I'm sure you've got good sticky tires to go with.

Ireland Engineering. I've had this on my '13 R56S for a couple of years now. It's daily-driven and seen some track time. The bar is a 22mm hollow bar with three adjustment points, It is stiff enough to rotate the rear when you really throw it but stable for daily use. It includes adjustable end-links (E30 M3) and urethane bushings. In my opinion, it is a steal. I also have IE Motorsport adjustable rear control arms and adjustable camber plates. I have found all of their products to be high quality and durable. If you search this forum you'll find a few dissatisfied customers from many years ago. My experience with Ireland Engineering has been nothing but good.

The H-Sport is a hollow bar so it’s
about the same as a 22mm solid
bar but about 1/2 the weight.
I have one on my JCW R55 and I
highly recommend it.
It’s currently set on soft but may
go up to the medium setting when
winter is over and the sticky
summer tires go back on.

Good input all around! So far everyone has favored a different bar! 😂

I bought a WMW 25.5 hollow bar but then realized the Tarett 23.8 bar would be a ton easier to install. May sell my WMW if youre interested. Let me know

One of my first mods was the Alta 22mm bar. The clearance is so tight on my car that I'm sure a 25mm hollow bar would hit the body. There's a picture somewhere on NAM where somebody had installed the H-sport 25mm bar and the rubbing on the body wore a hole in it. Every car is a little different and there are a lot of people happy with the H-sport 25mm so it obviously works for most people.
