Can I turn fog lights on without parking lights?

I am wondering if there is a way to turn on and run the factory fog lights in my '04 & '06 S cars without having to turn the running lights on? Still need to have the key on and when the engine is shut off, the fog lights will go out as well. But still utilize the toggle switch to turn on and off the lights as well

I tried to search for this, but came up empty.....

I know it may not be a popular mod or useful at all....just humor me

Bryan

I might be pulling this out of my (donkey) But I think I recall with coding there is something that can be done. There is a NAS (North American) line that can be removed that will do something with the fog lights, but like I said, I might be making this up. I will see if I can find that info again.
