Belt Damper bushing removal?

I have a brand new tensioner and want to replace the stock shock bushings with the WMW Delrin ones. I can see how easy it would be to remove worn out ones but to remove fresh ones looks like it can be a pain since they are so new and tight.

Any pointers?

Thanks.

Figured it out. Cut the old bushings out with a razor. Took a screwdriver and put it in the middle of the race. Twisted back and forth and they came out.
