About to purchase a 2012

Hello all. I'm about to purchase a 12 CMS automatic, w/ 60k on the ticker. The carfax shows 1 owner and at 52k miles the - Drive belt(s) replaced
- Crankshaft oil seal(s) replaced. Then at 55k miles the water pump was replaced all at dealer. All documented normal oil changes done also at dealer. Car looks super mint in and out also. Is this a good thing or normal thing that these things were replaced or should I expect more misery from this year CM? I know it's hard to see in the future but before I pull the trigger tomorrow I would like some experienced advice.

I agree! It looks like a sweet ride and I know the TPMS sensors are new!

Just trying to find a way to bump your post. I think your CM is one of the nicest ones, and clearly well cared for.

TY! Right now i'm not actively actively trying to sell it. In the middle of a home purchase which is now an even further commute.....and looking to go electric or find a replacement w at least 35-40mpg similar to my fiancé's civic.

The tough part is trying to find an AWD that fits that bill too!

That is all normal stuff with these cars. But misery goes hand and hand with MINI. Knowing what I know now, wouldn't purchase without a warranty.
