Resetting service indicator.

Hi Guy's,
I know there are videos on youtube explaining this procedure. However, they don't work on my R56 2013 JCW!
I can't get the service information to display in the rev-counter display. When I hold the right hand button down, I just get the VIN number and other useless information.
I'm making sure all the doors are closed, putting in the key, NOT depressing the clutch, pressing the start button and then holding down the right hand button on the rev-counter for the recommended time.
Anybody offer any suggestions on how I can re-set my service indicator......please!
Cheers.
