The regular Owners Manual refers to a printed Owner’s Manual for Navigation Entertainment and Communication from a service center, but they seem to not know about it. MINI USA seems to be unaware, even when I told them it was in the regular Owners Manual, page 6. Any ideas.

if you bought new and never got one you might be able to talk the dealer into it, ... take copy of the cover as pictured above to prove it exists

if you bought used I suspect you are SOOL and $13 ain't that bad

try your own search ... I find BMW nav manuals in PDF, and MINI owner's manuals but not this one .

I looked at MINI ... all basic owner manuals but not this . . . sad

 

If the dealership is willing to risk losing a customer forever over an operating manual, it would be time to lol in there face.

When we had a newly leased 2016 with navigation the manual was not provided. Big surprise.

 

There seem to be about 10 editions of the printed Owner’s Manual for Navigation Entertainment and Communication (each with different part#), depending on build date and options (e.g. with or without Nav).

The onscreen manual in the car should be correctly matched to your installed system.

 

I am sure that is MINI's excuse for not giving out a printed manual. However, an on-screen manual never works for me, whenever I also need the same screen to actually do what the manual is telling me to do.

 

I used the iPhone Mini Motorer's Guide app to download a copy of this manual for my car to my phone. But reading it on my phone sucks, because it's so small. So I used a PC app called iMazing (trial) to make a backup of the app and app data for the Mini Motorer's Guide. Once it created the backup file on my PC, I could open that file with any Zip utility and found the PDF files that I can now read on my PC, etc. Hope this helps someone in the future.

 

bought one for my F-56, holding in my hand costs $20, looks just like owner's manual to go in your pouch in glovebox. I can read it just fine. Nav, Entortainment, Communication, Reference.
