Steering wheel vibration

My MCS has recently developed a problems since I changed my runflats for normal tires. When I am driving over 90 or 100 Mph and I hit the brakes the steering wheel starts to vibrated a lot. The vibration reduces and almost disapears when the car slowes down to about 50 Mph. Do I need to re balance the tires, is something wrong with the brakes or is something else wrong?

are you running aftermarket wheels? I had the same problem but with aftermarket wheels that were not hub centric. got hub centric rings put in and the car is super smooth again.

Exactly,

Sounds like a rebalance is needed if you put non-runflats on your stock rims. But if you are running non-stock rims, make sure that you have hub-centric rings in place, otherwise you will drive yourself crazy trying to stop the vibrations.

Also re-torque all your wheel studs to 90 Lb., sometimes after a change the studs will loosen up and need to be re-torqued.
