2005 MCS- Weird Bucking

Picked up a second Mini Got a great deal on a 2005 Black Eye Purple MCS. 195K, garaged all of its life and owner recently replaced the clutch, supercharger, ball joints and control arm bushings, cooling fan and relays, tires and a few other items.

The issue is that the car hesitates or bucks whenever you hit a bump or the front suspension is compressed. I can quickly hit the clutch and the car just coasts then I can re-engage and feather it back to smooth. The DSC, tire pressure light and check engine light come on. On long nice roads the car drives fine, can accelerate fine but when you hit a bump or upon shifting (if the nose dives) the bucking starts again and can be pretty scary. It feels like the ABS is modulating and engaging the brakes. Threw three codes: P0336, P0341 and P1613.

Previous owner changed the CPS and had a mechanic look through all the wiring searching for frayed wires but he was unable to diagnose it. PO spent like 8K on the car in the past 2 years, kinda crazy. Thinking wheel speed sensors and checking grounds. Any other ideas?
