Front sway bar bushings
Yes you either have to lower it in the back or remove it to replace the front sway bar bushings as you can't get the bolts out with it in the car and against the body.
But if you are going to do that much work go ahead and replace the front control arm bushings with some powerflex bushings as they are the most common to wear out every 50k.

Yeah I'm doing control arm bushings tmrw. I have the special tool so I can do the control arm bushing without doing anything to the subframe. I just wasnt sure I was assuming the rear bolt on the sway bar bushing would hit the body but I was hoping i would be able to back it out enough while taking the front bolt out and be able to squeeze the bushing in and out.
