Doesn't look to be any better than OEM to me. Some of Magnaflow's applications flow a little better than stock, but I don't see that one adding any performance.
Also, I had a replacement Magnaflow cat-pipe on the wife's Mazda5, and it rusted out within 2-3 years.
At the price listed, I would rather select any of the performance aftermarket pipes:

Maybe you need to read it again, it's a 200 cell high flow cat... with the 20% discount they offer (go to front page) is around $587... you're not going to see stainless steel rot out in 2-3 years...
I have seen other downpipe oversized flange or angled wrong, causing the wastegate arm to make connect with the new downpipe flange .
Make sure nothing is binding up
