Solution to add Apple CarPlay

I came across this online. Adds Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to F56 MINI. 2014+.

Anyone seen these installed?

I have a full kit installed along with front and rear camera directly from them. It's pretty easy to use and seamlessly working overall.
It adds extra USB for CarPlay so you can use main USB port for MP3 files or other use which is nice.
Also it integrate the OEM **** so you can control CarPlay with OEM ****.

But here are a few things I didn't like about:
1. Audio is connected via analog AUX on the back of the headhunt so you have to change Audi source to AUX in order to hear from CarPlay.
2. Because of your audio is used in analog AUX, sound quality isn't great for music compare to other audio source.
3. I don't know it's their mistake not connecting it but it doesn't use the OEM mic on the roof so it's kinda annoying.

Thanks for the input! I also heard that the MINI Microphones aren't used when making a phone call via CarPlay with this setup. Major turn off for me. Same for you?

Def. annoying but I use CarPlay mainly for Waze which is not too often so it's not too bad. I just have to use phone microphone to talk (I also have click + drive so my phone is always in front of me).
More annoying thing is noticeable sound quality drop from MP3 files (thumb drive) to analog AUX input.
They're good people and if you call, they will spend time and answering all your questions.
