Huh, just last weekend I removed, cleaned, re-greased, and re-installed the bushings on my Alta 22m RSB. Not because there was any squeaking but after 6 years I figured it was time to check on things. I used Powerflex PFTE grease left over from some other project.

I think WMW and NM have bushings/brackets with a zerk fitting for easy greasing.

 

Try this: wrap the bar at the bushing location with Teflon plumbers tape, then install the bushing over the tape. Should last years longer than grease. On all my sway bar installations over the years, that’s how I’ve handled poly bushings from squeaking.

 

We see it all the time on those Alta bars as the bushings wear smooth and loose all the grease.

You can do a swap and upgrade to our bushings with the grease channel that will keep the grease in and working a long time.
