I have just received the rmw scan tool and tune package, and I’m lost. The only instructions I had was on how to update the client and tool. I’ve updated it like 20 times and it seems like there’s never ending updates, I’m confused if it’s just reinstalling the latest update each time? But I went and hooked up to my car with it and ran the identifier part and it saved it. But when I connect to my computer the download and upload buttons are unable to be pressed and say, “the status of your mygenius does not permit this action” any ideas?

Don’t know how to remove this thread so I’ll just update it, haha. I ended up just having to start the car up and shut it off and redo the scan to properly download the ecu map.
