Is there anyway to unlock the steering column to move a MINI??

I found a 2003 R50 with no keys or EWS module....the company he sent them to lost them......car is local here to me for $500.....has NAV, has a few dents......manual trans

How can I get the steering column unlocked without a key?

You might have to disconnect the universal joint connecting it to the rack and push the wheels around manually if there isn't a more sensible solution.

 

It's a moot point now, car is gone
