I am selling my 2006 Mini due to needing a bigger 2nd vehicle for the wife. I purchased this car last March with the intent to create a "Stanced" Mini. To date, it has had both axles replaced, oil changed, transmission checked, radiator replaced and that is about it. I installed Raceland coilovers about 4 months ago with new strut mounts as well. Yes, I know Raceland coils are junk, but for wanting to be low and driving it twice a week, they work perfectly for that.
