Bolt size for the 10mm starter heat shield bolt?

Does anyone happen to know either a part number or the size for the10mm bolt in the starter heat shield. 2003 R53 mcs. It basically attaches to the oil filter housing. I dropped the bolt and now apparently it is just gone. Thanks for the help.

find it at RealOEM. If it were me I would just go to a hardware store and get one. I would try bring the one for the header heat shield after checking that is the same thread. Even HD should have it.

Do you mean the 10mm is the hex head size? If so, I'm thinking the thread size is 6 x 1.0mm ..... maybe about 1/2" long......ava availa at any parts store or hardware store
