03 r53 transmission issue

Hello guys
this is my first post here. I picked a project car 03 Mini Cooper s in Februar With every gasket leaking and clutch slipping.
After replacing the clutch and slave cylinder (and bleeding it the right way) Now my reverse,3rd and 5th grind when I try to shifts. Sometime I can shift into the reverse but I have to force the shifter and hold to stay in gear
a couple of friends telling it might be either a bent fork or synchros going out or maybe even the transmission is going out (6spd btw)
if anybody can direct me in the right direction it would really help me out. And I would finally be able to drive this car and experience the fun.
Thanks
thanks

Was it grinding and hard to shift before you changed the clutch? If not then it’s probably related to something you did or didn’t do. Recheck all your linkages and make sure everything is tight. You can also try double clutching. That entails pushing in the clutch twice before shifting. It will allow the gears to spin and mesh so they don’t grind. That technique is used on vehicles with unsynchronized transmissions. If it doesn’t grind when double clutching then it’s probably a synchro issue. Does it grind when you shift slowly? What fluid did you put back in the transmission? Redline is best.

Can we assume you also replaced the throwout bearing when doing the clutch?
