I checked the oil and pulled the top cover to inspect
everything this morning, left the cover off ( I usually remove these in my cars so I can see what's going on easier ) after seeing everything is fine. I start to drive and we get an error code p052b. The car seems to be running perfect, I think it's possible the exhaust is louder but cant confirm as I've only had it for 3 days. It also smells a little rich some times ( never had a turbo car could be normal?) Drove it about 100 miles and drives fine power is right there on demand climbs
hills like a eager mountain goat led by a sherpa. Idles smooth. Shifts smooth, accelerating perfect. If the code never popped I'd think nothing was wrong.

Looking around seems vanos selonid is the culprit, I'm posting because I read that the car goes in to limp mode when this code pops up. Driving that much I can safely say that she is not limping at all.
Before spending 100 on parts want to make sure that's the issue
any assistance would be great

I'd suggest to replace vanos solenoid. Mine went out on my 2009 mcs at 130K miles.

 

You could try cleaning it 1st.

 

Gonna have to find a day off and no rain. But I'll cheack that
Cel on speedo has not back on yet, after 3 drive cycles
but I keep getting the half engine power light.
turn the car off usually fixes
