Purchased car in 2014 as MINI Certified Pre-owned, was under warranty and maintenance until this past April and has been dealer serviced and maintained so remains in excellent overall condition. Everything works as it should. Up to date on maintenance, recalls and service bulletin work. Have all records from my time as owner.

95,xxx miles on vehicle, but only ~30k on engine - in 2016 the car ran low on coolant and the head gasket failed, engine was replaced under warranty by MINI of the Woodlands and has been problem free since. Paperwork included in records.

Almost entirely stock, save for the wheels (17" Rota RB w/ custom MINI logo center caps) and the shocks (Bilstein B4), which were replaced less than 1000 miles ago.

Adult owned, non-smoker, largely highway miles (Hardy Toll to downtown and Grand Parkway from Spring to Kingwood).

Clear blue Texas title. Never wrecked or flooded.

CAR HAS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION! This is a good thing as the car is a blast to drive, but I want that to be clear as you'll need to know how to drive a manual to test drive it. If you don't know how to drive a manual I'd be happy to drive you around in it... Not going to teach folks to drive stick in it as the clutch is in good shape and I intend to keep it that way for the next owner.

The car is in overall excellent shape inside and out. I've attempted to highlight the flaws on the car in the included pictures. These include:
- A small (quarter sized) dent and scuff on the bonnet by the front MINI badge.
- A small (quarter sized) soft dent on the top of the bonnet above the right front wheel (hard to see in pictures).
- A hairline crack in the top of the rear bumper.
- The plastic hinge on the cover of the driver's side visor mirror is broken.
- The rubber on the button in the hatch handle is torn. Doesn't affect functionality and isn't really visible, you just feel it when you open the hatch.

In my opinion these things aren't all that noticeable unless you're looking for them.

It's been a great car, and I'm sure it will continue to be for the next owner. Tons of fun to drive. I'm only selling as I have two fun cars and an old truck, which doesn't make sense financially.
