Some of you may have seen me around here. Yesterday I got merged into by a box truck, and just got transported to a shop yesterday to get inspected. Luckily the other driver admitted complete fault and I walked aware unharmed. Could have been much worse!
No clue what they will give me; my guess is that they will total it based on value. A/B pillars are smashed, along with the obvious damage
Not sure what is next, car-wise. I doubt I will be able to afford another Cooper with the insurance money, as it had already been totalled once before (not in my ownership).
I tried uploading the images of the car but I am currently in a and and the wifi did not like it :(.
If I end up without another Cooper, thank you for being a very supportive community! One of the most supportive and helpful I've been in!

Reason: Title Typo
COMPLETELY ignoring the rear quarter, bumper, windows, paint, etc and neglecting that there might be a tad bit of suspension damage from hitting the curb, clutch AND Tire wear from the skid (I can make the list go on), this is what makes me think it is totaled. The A pillar got the brunt of the damage, as it hit first. I, personally, know can't see how/why they would put the effort in to source then replace this, but that is just me. I don't have a background in bodywork so this is just my engineering student educated guess. Considering it is a primary structural member of the vehicle, I don't know.
I also figure that the rest of the listed damage will total up to the 80% Geico total claim before it is even thought about, but I could be wrong still...
