Hi guys-

Getting the 08 MCS back together after a long delay. Took the head off to replace the gasket about a year ago and just getting around to it. I'm almost done but can't find the left bracket shown on this pic (thanks Pelican!). I've been through the online catalogs and see the part in turbo and exhaust diagrams but they're not labeled as it's probably not a common part to replace. Anyone know a part number or have a spare knocking around they'd like to sell and ship? Please post a p/n if you happen to know--the other doesn't have one. TIA.

Just the bracket on the left

Try www.realoem.com for a part number.

Yep, checked there. They have the same diagrams as everyone else. I can see the brackets in the diagram but they're not called out in the parts listings. That's why I'm positing for some help. And continuing to look through my garage for whatever I did with the &%#@ thing....

Nope, but thanks. There are Mini parts drawings with those brackets but they're not called out with a part number. I think they may be included with the downpipe assembly and I guess that would explain it.

So I may be falling back on my request to see if anyone has a spare set (or just the one) that they'd be willing to sell and ship. The local pick and pulls don't have an R56. Trying again to post the pic just in case someone has one sitting around....

Look at the pics on ecs tuning for the stock downpipe/cat.

if I’m not mistaken it looks like they are on that part (not good news).

Yep, those are not separate. I had an aftermarket DP and someone went back to stock and those were missing, You will have to get them from a junk yard, we had a guy here fab some up out of metal.
