Oil pan drop needs to loosen exhaust?
Having a indy doing the ARP rod bolt install, trying to assess a quote for man hour.
For those who have done it before, would the DP/exhaust need to be loosened for the oil pan to come out?
or simply removing the 16x 8mm bolts after draining oil

It's extremely difficult to get at all the bolts without removing that part of the exhaust, leading up to more labor hours and questionable workmanship. Bite the bullet and let them loosen / remove the exhaust. Hope they're familiar with the oil pump and its TTY sprocket bolt.

You just need to remove the connecting clamp to the downpipe, that gives enough room and flew to get the couple of bolts that are tough to get to. No need to disconnect the whole exhaust.
