Hi I just moved my Mini to socal and note it's spring smoke when I idle for long periods of 15min. Looking for someone to replace the valve stem seals.

How do you know it's the valve stem seals? The problem you are witnessing sounds more like piston rings or a head gasket issue. When valve stem seals leak, it's normally after the engine is shut off and the oil has the chance to work it's way into they cylinder through the seal and the worn valve guide. Then when you start the engine, you'll get puff of smoke and it will clear up.

You need to diagnose the issue first ... compression and leak-down tests.
