Does installing after market parts affect the key fob, or the maintenance schedule the computer keeps track of?

Nope, unless it key system itself or an add on security kit. On the maintenance computer, that's the CBS that does its own thing. No real aftermarket part for the computer system unless you took it out and installed an aftermarket system for full prep race cars or something like that.

 

A chip, exhaust, brakes, and suspension, ? It's all good?
