R56 to F56 Conversion - Which parts would fit??

Okay so I have a R56 and have the opportunity to get a sweet F56 (Salvaged/Vandalism) for really cheap.

Guess only if you had a F56 at your disposal but really like the R56 Body would any of this make sense...but...

What can you CONVERT / SWAP / RETROFIT from the F56 into/onto a R56?? (Havent seen much after some searching online or my Google is just weak)

PARTS THAT I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SWAPPED:

BODY
Bumpers, Hatch, hood, lights (head and tail), and wheels

DRIVETRAIN
engine,tranny, brakes and suspension

INTERIOR
Seats, Dash, center armrest/console

TECH
comfort access, bluetooth, Nav/headunit (dash), and dynamic cruise.

Please let me know was possible if anything.

With enough time, money and hard work, anything is possible. However, I'm not sure there would be very many things that you could take from an F and put on an R. I think I've read that even the lug bolt pattern is different.

If you like the R56 don't ruin it by sticking on F chassis bumpers (or anything exterior). I doubt it's possible/worth the money to make it possible and there's nothing really to gain by swapping anything. It's a completely different car and you'd need tons of custom work to make anything fit. The only thing that would be doable/worth it, is swapping the front seats. You'd be better off fixing the salvage titled F series, depending on what's actually wrong with it of course. The cost of a used F56 S starts around $10k, the cost of the salvaged F car + the cost of time/labor/parts=not worth it.
Body: No
Drivetrain: No
Interior: Seats are likely doable.
Tech: I doubt the comfort access can be swapped to a new chassis, BT would be nice but you could get that with a simple kit from Amazon, Nav-Use your phone.

They changed from 4 to 5 bolt on the F series.

Yep. Wheel bolt pattern changed from 4X100 to 5X112. Qik420 is pretty much spot on. The seats can be made to fit and would be a great improvement. Would require modified seat bases and some creative wiring because the connectors under the seat at completely different.
